We want you to be happy with Hype Forge. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial and a 14-day money-back guarantee.
1. Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin, and you are not charged during the trial. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends — try the full plan first, with no risk.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are charged for a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge — no questions asked. Email support@hype-forge.com from the address on your account and we will process it.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After the 14-day window
Charges are generally non-refundable after the 14-day window. Instead, you can cancel at any time from your settings to stop future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and then reverts to Free. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods outside the guarantee window.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refund requests that appear abusive (for example, repeated subscribe-refund cycling). Where local consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply and are not limited by this policy.
